Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we (PT Tiket Keren Nusantara, our affiliates, and parties that work with us specifically to provide services, products, and/or services to you, hereinafter referred to as "We") collect, store, use, process, control, transfer, disclose, and protect your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to every customer and/or user (“Customer”) on the Kreen site ("Platform"), except as provided in a separate privacy policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to ensure that you understand how we collect, use, and process data. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as those set forth in the Platform Terms of Use.

1.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person or device associated with the information ("Personal Information"). We may collect information in various forms and for various purposes (including purposes permitted under applicable laws and regulations).
a.
Collection of Customer Personal Information
When you create an account on the Platform, or provide your Personal Information through the Platform, the Personal Information we collect may include, but is not limited to: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, identification (including ID card, driver's license, passport, or other types of identification), bank account, credit card details, residential/mailing address, and other necessary information as required from time to time, according to our need to provide services, products, and/or features to you as well as in compliance with the Terms of Use required by each type and function of the Platform. Additionally, for other information such as unique identifiers, e-voucher information, electronic ticket information, and/or biometric information linked or combined with Personal Information, such information is also considered Personal Information. The Personal Information we collect may be provided by you directly or by third parties (e.g., when you register or use the Platform, when you contact our customer service, or otherwise when you provide Personal Information to us). We may collect information in various forms and for various purposes (including purposes permitted under applicable laws and regulations).
b.
Collection of Event Organizer Personal Information
We will collect Event Organizer Personal Information when the Event Organizer registers on our Platform, cooperates with us, and uses our Platform, services, products, and/or features. The Event Organizer Personal Information we will collect includes, but is not limited to: name, email address, phone number of the Event Organizer, official business or company name registered by the Event Organizer, corporate documents, Taxpayer Identification Number, and Event Organizer bank account information, and any other information we may require and notify the Event Organizer from time to time. We will also collect all transaction information, including booking and ticket purchase information, occurring on our Platform once the Event Organizer is connected to our Platform.
c.
Information We Collect from You or Your Mobile Device Directly
When you register and create an account and use the Platform, you are required to provide us with certain Personal Information, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and/or password that you will use to access the Platform after registration.
If you are a Buyer, when you use the Platform to purchase tickets, you provide relevant information, such as the type of ticket and/or total transaction costs of the ticket.
If you are an Event Organizer, you will provide us with order data and ticket management data, total funds from ticket transactions, and/or other data to support the site's ecosystem.
Regarding payments with electronic money facilities available on our Platform, we will collect information related to your electronic money transactions, including but not limited to the bank name, account holder name, account number, and the amount of money transacted through the electronic money facility.
If you are a Buyer, you may provide a referral code to others in the form of a message that we may prepare for you to send or publish via electronic messaging facilities or through social media providers. You can edit the prepared message before sending it. We will not collect data from the recipients of such messages.
d.
Information Collected Each Time You Use the Platform or Visit Our Website
  • Each time you use or visit our Platform, we may collect certain technical data related to your usage, such as your internet protocol address, information about previously or subsequently viewed web pages, the duration of each visit/session, internet device identity or media access control address, and information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device you use to access our Platform.
  • When you use or visit our Platform, certain information may also be collected automatically using cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer or mobile device. We use cookies to track your activity with the aim of improving your interface and experience and remembering your browsing preferences on our Platform. Most mobile devices and internet browsers support the use of cookies; however, you can adjust settings on your mobile device or internet browser to refuse certain types of cookies or specific cookies. Your mobile device and/or browser also allow you to delete any previously stored cookies. However, this may affect the available functions on our Platform or website.
  • Each time you use the Platform through a mobile device, we will track and collect your real-time geographic location information. In some cases, you will be asked or required to enable the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your mobile device to allow us to provide you with a better experience using the Platform. You can temporarily disable geographic location tracking information on your mobile device. However, this may affect the available functions on the Platform.

Information Collected from Third Parties
We may also collect your Personal Information from third parties (including affiliates, agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners, and other parties that provide services to us, perform tasks on our behalf, or with whom we collaborate). In such cases, we will only collect your Personal Information for or in connection with the purposes involving the third party or our collaboration with the third party (depending on the situation).

Information About Third Parties That You Provide to Us
You may provide us with Personal Information related to other third-party individuals (including Personal Information related to your spouse, family members, friends, or other individuals). You will, of course, need to obtain their consent first to do so - see "Acknowledgment and Consent" below for more information.

Use of Personal Information We Collect
You agree to provide us with Personal Information, and we may use your Personal Information for the following purposes and other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations:
a.
If you are a User, we may use your Personal Information:
  • To identify and register you as a User and to administer, deactivate, or manage your account;
  • To facilitate or enable any verification that we deem necessary before registering you as a User, including Know Your Customer (KYC) processes;
  • To facilitate the use of services, products, and/or access to the Platform;
  • To process orders you place through the Platform to third-party sellers. Payments for products you make through the Platform, whether to third-party sellers, will be processed by our agents;
  • To deliver products purchased through the Platform, sold by third-party sellers. We may share your Personal Information with third parties for the delivery of products to you (e.g., for our couriers or suppliers), whether the products are sold through the Platform by us or third-party sellers;
  • To provide shipping information about products to you, whether sold through the Platform by us or third-party sellers, and for customer support needs;
  • To compare information and verify it with third parties to ensure accuracy;
  • To verify and conduct financial transactions related to payments you make online; audit data downloads from the Platform;
  • To notify you about any updates to the Platform or changes to the services provided, update the layout and/or content of Platform pages, and customize it for Users;
  • To identify visitors on the Platform and conduct research on demographics and User behavior;
  • To maintain, develop, test, improve, and personalize the Platform to meet your needs and preferences as a User;
  • To expand and/or enhance the products, services, and offerings we provide, including but not limited to your interface and experience using our Platform;
  • To send marketing communications, promotional materials, product surveys, or newsletters from us and our affiliates and partners from time to time;
  • To process and respond to questions and suggestions received from you; and
  • For other uses by us in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
b.
If you are an Event Organizer, we may use your Personal Information to:
  • To identify you and register you as an Event Organizer and to administer, manage, or verify your Account;
  • To facilitate or enable any verification that we deem necessary before we can register you as an Event Organizer;
  • To allow you to provide your products to Users;
  • To process, facilitate, and complete payments to you related to the products you have provided;
  • To communicate with you and send you information related to the provision of your products, including to transmit User orders to you and facilitate your receipt of such orders;
  • To provide you with notifications and updates on the Platform or changes in the provision of services, products, and/or services;
  • To provide you with reports related to the products you have provided;
  • To process and respond to User feedback on the products you have provided;
  • To maintain, develop, test, improve, and personalize the Platform to meet your needs and preferences as a Service Provider;
  • To monitor and analyze activity, behavior, and demographic data, including Event Organizer habits and responsiveness to various services available on the Platform;
  • To offer or provide services from our affiliates or partners;
  • To expand and/or enhance the products, services, and offerings we provide, including but not limited to your interface and experience;
  • To send you marketing communications, advertisements, promotions, surveys, and special offers or promotions directly or targeted; and
  • For other uses by us in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
c.
Whether you are a User or a party providing Personal Information to us, we may also use your Personal Information more generally for the following purposes (although in some cases we will act reasonably and not use your Personal Information beyond what is necessary for those purposes):
  • To perform and conduct business processes and functions;
  • To monitor application usage and manage, support, and enhance performance, development, User experience, and Platform functions;
  • To provide assistance and resolve technical or operational issues with the Platform or services;
  • To generate anonymous statistical information and data analytics for testing, research, analysis, product development, commercial partnerships, and collaborations;
  • To prevent, detect, and investigate prohibited, illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities;
  • To facilitate business asset transactions (which may include mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales) involving us and/or our affiliates; and
  • To enable us to comply with all obligations under applicable laws (including but not limited to responding to requests, investigations, or regulatory directives, or complying with legal filing and reporting requirements) and to perform audits, due diligence, and investigations.

Disclosure of Personal Information We Collect
a.
We may disclose or share your Personal Information with affiliates and other parties for the following purposes and for other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations:
  • If you are a User, to enable Event Organizers to provide services to you;
  • If you are an Event Organizer, to enable Users to receive services from you;
  • For payment processing purposes, we may disclose your Personal Information such as credit card number, name on your credit card, or account number used for payment transactions through the Platform, to the relevant bank or your credit card issuer;
  • If required or authorized by applicable laws (including but not limited to responding to requests from regulatory or investigative authorities, or complying with legal filing and reporting requirements), for the purposes specified in such laws;
  • If there is any legal process of any kind between you and us, or between you and another party, in relation to, or concerning the services, for the purposes of such legal process;
  • In connection with any verification process that we or the Event Organizer deem necessary before registering you as a User, including Know Your Customer (KYC) processes;
  • In case of an emergency related to your health and/or safety (whether you are a User or Event Organizer) for the purpose of addressing such emergency;
  • In connection with, merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business by or to another company, for the purposes of such transactions (even if the transaction is not subsequently completed);
  • To third parties (including agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners, and others providing services to us or you, performing tasks on our behalf, or with whom we have entered into strategic alliances or partnerships) to help us provide services to you;
  • To other third parties with whom we have a business relationship, including third-party providers of analytical and promotional services or business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services;
  • To enforce our Terms and Conditions, or other applicable agreements or policies; and
  • To obtain professional advice, including but not limited to legal and accounting advice, and for the purpose of such professional advice.
4.
Storage of Personal Information
a.
Your Personal Information will only be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of its collection, or for as long as such retention is required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease retaining Personal Information, or de-link it from you as an individual, as soon as it is deemed that the purpose for collecting the Personal Information is no longer needed, and retention is no longer required for business or legal purposes.
b.
Please note that there is still a possibility that some of your Personal Information is retained by other parties (including by Event Organizers if you are a User; or by Users if you are an Event Organizer) in certain ways. Information shared through communication between Users and Event Organizers conducted outside of the Platform (such as through phone calls, SMS, mobile messages, or other means of communication) may also be stored in certain ways. We do not permit and discourage such storage of Personal Information and we are not responsible to you for such practices. We will not be liable for the storage of your Personal Information. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and full indemnity costs) arising directly or indirectly from any unauthorized storage of your Personal Information.

Access and Correction of Personal Information
a.
Subject to applicable laws, you may update your Personal Information at any time by accessing your account on the Platform. If you do not have an account with us, you may contact us at the email address below.
b.
We reserve the right to take steps to share updates to your Personal Information with third parties and our affiliates if your Personal Information is still needed for the aforementioned purposes.
c.
If you wish to view the Personal Information we hold about you or inquire about the Personal Information we have used or may use or disclose within the past year, please contact us at our email address below. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for this request.
d.
If you have a Platform account, you can access your order details by logging into your account on the Platform. Here you can view details of completed orders, open orders, orders that are soon to be shipped, and manage your full address, bank details, and any newsletters you may have subscribed to.
6.
Where We Store Your Personal Information
a.
Personal Information we collect from you may be stored, transferred, or processed by third-party Event Organizers. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all third-party Event Organizers provide a level of protection comparable to our commitments under this Privacy Policy.
b.
Your Personal Information may also be stored or processed outside your country by parties working for us in other countries, or by third-party Event Organizers, vendors, suppliers, partners, contractors, or affiliates. In such cases, we will ensure that the Personal Information remains subject to a level of protection comparable to what is required by your country's laws (and, in any event, in accordance with our commitments in this Privacy Policy).
7.
Security of Your Personal Information
a.
The confidentiality of your Personal Information is of utmost importance to us. We will implement our best efforts to protect and secure your data and Personal Information from unauthorized access, collection, use, or disclosure, and from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage or similar risks. However, sending information over the Internet is not completely secure. While we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the integrity and accuracy of any Personal Information you send over the Internet, or that the Personal Information will not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized third parties due to factors beyond our control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username, password, and order details, and not sharing them with unauthorized third parties. We are not obligated to cover any misuse of your username, password, and order details except as stated in the respective Platform Terms and Conditions. You should also always secure and be responsible for the safety of the device you use.
b.
We ensure that all collected information is stored securely. We protect your Personal Information by:
  • Limiting access to personal information
  • Keeping up with technological advancements to prevent unauthorized computer access
  • Securely disposing of your Personal Information when no longer needed for legal or business purposes.
c.
Our Platform uses 256-bit and 2048-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology when processing your financial details. The encryption technology we use is industry-standard security.
d.
Your password is the key to accessing your account. Please use unique numbers, letters, and special characters, and do not share your account password with anyone. If you share your password with others, you will be responsible for all actions and consequences taken on behalf of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose control over your personal information and other information submitted on the Platform. You may also be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password is compromised for any reason or if you have reason to believe that your password has been compromised, you should immediately contact us and change your password. You are reminded to always log off from your account and close the browser when using a shared computer.
e.
Spam, spyware, or viruses are not allowed on the Platform. Please manage and maintain your communication preferences so we can send communications as you wish. You are not permitted or authorized to add other Users (even users who have purchased items from you) to your mailing lists (email or physical mail) without their consent. You must not send messages containing spam, spyware, or viruses through the Platform. If you want to report suspicious messages, please contact us at our email address below.
8.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may periodically review and change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our own discretion to ensure that it remains consistent with our future developments and/or changes in legal or regulatory requirements. Any changes to this policy will be published on the Platform or via the email address listed in your account. You agree that you are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy regularly for the latest information on our data processing and data protection practices, and that by continuing to use our Platform or website, communicating with us, or accessing and using the services after any changes to this Privacy Policy, will be considered as your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and its changes.

Acknowledgment and Consent
a.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. Specifically, you consent and authorize us to collect, use, share, disclose, store, transfer, and/or process your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
b.
In cases where you provide us with Personal Information relating to other individuals (such as Personal Information relating to your partner, family members, friends, or others), you represent and warrant that you have obtained consent from those individuals to, and hereby consent on behalf of those individuals to, the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their Personal Information by us.
c.
You may withdraw your consent for any or all collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information at any time by providing us with reasonable written notice using the contact details provided below. You may also withdraw consent for receiving certain communications and information from us through the "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" facility available in our messages to you. Depending on the circumstances and nature of the consent you withdraw, you should understand and acknowledge that after such withdrawal, you may no longer be able to use the Platform or services. Withdrawal of your consent may result in termination of your Account or contractual relationship with us, with all rights and obligations arising therefrom to be fully met. You can opt-out of receiving such marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” option provided in the relevant message, or by contacting us using the contact details provided below. Please note that if you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as receipts or information about your Account.

Anonymous Data
We may create, use, license, or disclose Personal Information that is available, provided that (i) all identifying information has been removed so that the data, either alone or combined with other available data, cannot be linked to or associated with or identify an individual, and (ii) similar data has been aggregated so that the original data forms part of a larger dataset.

Third-Party Platforms
The Platform, website, and Marketing Materials may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control or assume responsibility for these websites and for the collection, use, maintenance, sharing, or disclosure of data and information by these third parties. Please read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third-party websites to understand how they collect and use your Personal Information.
Advertisements on the Platform and our Marketing Materials act as links to advertiser websites, and thus any information they collect based on your click on such links will be collected and used by the relevant advertisers in accordance with their privacy policies.
