We support:
• Bank transfers (VA BNI, Mandiri, BCA, BRI, Permata)
• E-wallets (Dana, OVO, Shopeepay, LinkAja)
• QRIS
| How do I know if the payment was successful? |
Your ticket status will automatically update in My Tickets. You will also receive a confirmation email.
| Payment failed but funds have been deducted, what should I do? |
Immediately contact Customer Support with proof of transaction so that it can be verified and processed.
| Are there any additional fees for payments? |
Some payment methods may incur administration fees according to bank or e-wallet policies.
| Can you pay for a ticket for someone else? |
Yes, make sure the participant data is filled in correctly so that the ticket can be used by the recipient.
| What if the QRIS payment is successful but the payment status is not successful? |
1. DANA (Please provide proof clearly showing the Transaction ID, QRIS RRN, and Transaction Date & Time). You can check the Transaction tab in Xendit or directly using the Transaction ID.
2. ShopeePay (Please provide proof of payment clearly showing the RRN)
3. Please provide proof of payment showing the RRN or Receipt Number received in the email sent by OVO, as the payment receipt in the OVO app is incomplete.
4. LinkAja (Please provide proof of payment clearly showing the RRN)
5. GoPay (Please provide proof of payment clearly showing the Reference ID)
6. BCA (Please provide proof of payment clearly showing the RRN) or myBCA
