It depends on each event's policy. Some events offer full refunds, some don't.
| How do I apply for a refund? |
To better assist you in verifying your QRIS transaction, please provide acceptable proof of transaction.
Here are examples of eWallet transaction proofs that we accept based on each partner:
KREEN's refund policy follows the terms and conditions of each event.
For event tickets:
• First, ensure that the event organizer allows refunds.
• If refunds are available, contact KREEN Customer Support.
• Include your order number and proof of payment.
• Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used, after receiving confirmation from the organizer.
For voting:
• Votes are non-refundable under any circumstances, as voting rights are final once exercised or processed.
We recommend that you always read the event and voting policies before making a transaction.
| Can I change the order data after payment? |
Please contact Customer Support immediately before the event. Changes are subject to event policy.
| How long does the refund process take? |
The refund process usually takes 14-30 working days depending on the payment method and event.
