| Do I have to create an account to buy tickets or vote? |
Yes, an account is required so that transactions and votes can be recorded and processed securely.
| How to create a KREEN Connect account? |
1. Click the Register button on the main page.
2. Enter your active email address and phone number.
3. Create a password.
4. Click Register.
You can also register using your Google account.
| Forgot password, what to do? |
If you forget your KREEN account password:
1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter your registered email
3. You will receive an email to reset your password
4. Open the email and select Reset Password
5. Enter New Password
6. Enter Confirm New Password
7. Click Save
Once your password has been successfully updated, you can immediately log back in using your new password.
| Can I change the email or phone number on my account? |
Yes, go to Profile → Account Settings → Change Data → Save.
| How do I delete my account? |
Contact Customer Support (Kenta - 62 852-3230-4965). All data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable laws.
