1. Log in to your KREEN account
2. Select the event you wish to attend
3. Select the ticket type and number
4. Make payment
5. Your e-ticket will be available in your account after successful payment
| Can I buy more than one ticket? |
Yes, as long as tickets are available. Please ensure all purchaser information is filled in correctly.
| Can I book tickets for someone else? |
Yes, you can order tickets for other people by filling in the participant data according to the event provisions.
| Can tickets be transferred to other people? |
It depends on the event policy. Some events allow transfers with specific procedures, while others do not.
| Why hasn't my e-ticket been issued after payment? |
E-tickets that have not been issued may be caused by:
• Payment has not been confirmed
• Temporary system disruption
• Payment verification is still in progress
If your e-ticket has not appeared within a certain period of time, please contact KREEN Customer Support.
| Can tickets be printed? |
Yes, tickets can be printed as a PDF or saved on your phone to show when entering the event.
| Can I order tickets closer to the event day? |
Yes, as long as ticket quotas are still available and the event is still open for sales.
